KUMPULAN CLO Bersekutu Sdn Bhd (CLOB) was incorporated on the 29th August 1997 as a building and civil engineering works contractor. We are certified ISO 9001: 2015 (cert: no: AJAMY14/1453 –AJA EQS CERTIFICATION (M) SDN. BHD.), Grade G7 Contractor by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Class A contractor by Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK).

Our core business is in the project management for building construction and civil engineering works and we aspire to become one of the leading service provider in our sector. Since our beginning, we have equipped ourselves with experienced and resourceful personnel and continue to build up our portfolio.

As part of our expansion plan, we have also ventured into the infrastructure and road building works via our subsidiary company – Infrabina TTC Bersekutu Sdn Bhd which was incorporated in early 2011.

To date we have successfully completed many major projects in Klang Valley and we are very pleased that we are contributing to the changing cityscape in and around the Klang Valley. Our portfolio of building works includes high end condominiums, medium cost apartments, shopping complexes, government offices as well as township and bungalows.

Looking ahead, we are determined and geared to take on fresh challenges in every sector of building and development – not only in high rise which we are building an excellent track record, but also in development for commercial property, residential homes and all other related infra-structures.
