Capitalising on the natural topography of the site, the swimming pool and pavilion are strategically placed towards the centre of the valley where it is at its deepest. All at once, this creates a focal point for the development and dictates the orientation of the apartment blocks. The continuous flow of open spaces between blocks is fused by a series of courtyards and ‘village squares’. These common spaces are given a minimalist yet lush landscape environment, designed to promote active participation and interaction.
